TW: Eating Disorders / Anorexia / Bulimia This is something I've struggled with for a while, but have been mostly okay recently! I just wanted to reflect on how far I've come and look honestly at what I need to do in the future to progress within my recovery. There is no one that I know who has not struggled with eating, and trying to meet all of the changing rules associated with diet culture and "clean eating". Even as a fitness coach, I too, find this SO overwhelming! Hopefully this video helps to highlight how ridiculous it all is, and how food can be SO much more than fuel. Surely it's time we throw some of these outdated rules in the trash - where they belong? I think so anyways. I highly encourage you to challenge some of your own food rules this week, if there's any you're still struggling with. I will always support you! Let me know how you go! Chicken breast(sliced into cubes) onion sliced 1 pc potato cubes green pepper garlic shiitake mushroom salt and black pepper bechamel sauce: 1 liter of milk 3tbsp of butter or oil 3tbsp of flour Procedure: Boil pasta for 20-30 minutes or until its cook. Fry the potato cubes, green pepper and shiitake mushrooms.Separate Saute garlic into golden brown, add the sliced onions let it brown then add the chicken breast. Let it cook. Prepare the Bechamel sauce: Put oil in a pan then add the flour saute until golden brown. Then add the milk. Stir well. Bring to boil, then season to taste. Add all the ingredients together. Cook into moderate heat to avoid burning. Cook for about 10minutes. then serve

Dieses Rezept wird jeden ansprechen, der abends essen möchte!Sie können keine Angst haben, besser zu werden und zusätzliche Pfunde zu gewinnen! Dies ist ein sehr einfaches, aber gleichzeitig sehr leckeres Gemüserezept im Ofen!
